For the Evening itself the cost will be £35 per person, this is for a three course dinner and couple of bottles of wine on each table. The dress code will be black tie or smart casual. All are welcome, so bring along all the family. The evening will be a chance to look back and enjoy the highs and lows of the season.

I would just like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to yourself and indeed all the Eurosaloons & Sportscar competitors for all the support provided during the BRSCC-EA Snetterton meeting on Sunday.
Two excellent, virtually incident free races and qualifying session provided plenty of entertainment for the spectators and marshals around the circuit and hopefully for the competitors themselves, whilst enabling us to complete the extremely tight timetable in full.
I would specifically wish to thank all your competitors for their co-operation by being ready in the collecting area in ample time to allow us some very quick turnaround times during the afternoon and for taking on-board the comments given during our driver's briefing regarding giving each other a little space on the opening lap to avoid unnecessary contact / damage and to avoid exceeding the track limits. If only some other championships could follow your example!
Great to work with you and your competitors once again.
Hope to see you all at some stage next year.

Track Day at Rockingham

This would be a great chance for some of your championship drivers to experience the circuit ahead of the race meeting and all at the great price of £190 (online price).
Rockingham track days include:
- Open pit lane - gives you maximum track time by allowing you to spend as much time on the track as you please during morning and afternoon sessions (6 hours in total)
- Professional instructors - ARDS trained professional racing drivers will be on hand to offer you one-on-one in-car tuition as well as circuit advice
- Helmet hire - Not got your own lid? Don't worry - we'll be able to hire you one of a pool of top quality helmets
- One free additional driver - bring a friend so that you can both drive and enjoy the day. Further additional drivers can be registered at a cost of £25 per driver.

Basically they will take anything except bike engined cars and if they have a sequential gearbox they must be over 830kgs
They have 5 x 30 min sessions (qualifying and 4 races) and they are offering this for �250.00. It is also being televised. Click here for entry form.

Circuit access will be from 18.00 Friday as there may be a private test session on. If not they will let people in earlier. They will get a paddock plan on entering which is part of the Final Instructions so please ensure that every one reads the notes.
The two main points no paddock bikes of any sort unless towing a trailer with equipment and no riders.

I am interested to find out how many individuals within the race teams and mechanics etc would usually attend the event, and what would be the best way to contact them with a special offer of a room rate. I would also assume that team officials, sponsors etc would attend the weekends, and we would be happy to look into negotiating a discounted corporate rate for you.

Your video footage needed

As Sara mentioned I'd appreciate having any clips you'd like included in the video sooner rather than later.
If you can get the files into any of the major pc formats then I can read them. It would be even better for me if you can just send the interesting bits. Last season I was sent 30 hours of footage that eventually turned into 3 minutes of interesting bits.
Also, I know the drivers and teams better this season so should have a better appreciation of the events that unfold - i.e. hopefully the video will make sense to some of you rather than a collage of incidents (and Clios getting bumps!).

Your team are welcome to come and stay with us at their next race at Rockingham Motor Speedway. We are the nearest hotel to the track and we are located on the same industrial estate.
With regard to our bedrooms we offer a queen sized double bed and a double sofa bed in each room.
The rates we are happy to offer the teams are 55.00 gbp for a one night stay (either Friday, Saturday or Sunday) or 45.00 gbp per night for a two night plus stay - subject to availability. This rate is for double or single occupancy and up to two children can stay free in the room with their parents. The rates are inclusive of hot breakfast, complimentary high speed internet access, use of our fitness suite and Hilton Hhonors Points and Miles.

So far they have been of friends etc. But he would like to expand his portfolio to more popular known formulas.
The illustrations are produced from photographs where the car is photographed with and without body work and wheels etc depending on how much detail needed to be shown. And depending on what panels etc are easily removed.

2010 Super Touring Car & Seat Cup

The BRSCC have agreed that BRSCC Euro Saloon & Sportscar Championship (ex LMA) will again include the running of the 'Super Touring Car & Seat Cup' in 2010.
Run over a minimum of 8 races the Cup will be open to any ex-Super Touring Car, S2000 car, WTCC, BTCC, STCC, and Seat Cupra, Leon (UK) or Supercopa cars.
In an aim to keep costs down at least 6 races will be raced over 3 weekends at Brands Hatch, Silverstone, and Anglesey with the remainder yet to be agreed, although the Castle Coombe 60th Celebration is likely to form part of these races.
Although the Silverstone Classic will not form part of this year's cup we hope most if not all of the cars will compete together in 2010.
We aim to have dates announced before the Autosport show and if anyone has any car shown above and would like more information, please contact me via email with your contact number and I will give you a call.
Come and race your cars door to door with cars of very similar performance and against likeminded teams and 'gentlemen' drivers.
